Grateful to Feel the Cold

article image placeholderUploaded by @dreamsdelivered
But instead of that approach, I encourage you to take a different approach. If you are, be grateful that you are allowed to even face the problem. Because you have a problem. That means that and you're still alive and you can feel the feelings of pain or trauma or anxiety or whatever, that means that you have whatever it takes to marry it. So I hope it translates. I hope you are able to translate what I'm saying

Even in the depths of temperature and lifes adversities, we must find a tiny glimmer of hope and gratitude that we are alive to even FEEL the cold.

I love this and I love how you compare it to any other feeling. Like grateful to feel the cold because it means I'm still alive. Grateful to feel this grief because it means I'm still alive. This heartache, this sadness, this unbelievable joy. Grateful to feel all of it because it all means that I'm like alive in this human experience and what a beautiful blessing on it. So thank you for sharing this perspective and just grounding truth
