So it can be of any form, it can be of a form of an associated emotion, it can be fear, anxiousness over consciousness or being cautious about everything. All this kind of emotion, it is wired with your thoughts because you did not sit and sort it out. So how do I find out or understand? Am I actually carrying some residue from the past incidents that caused something in my life like an emotional stress or failure or any impact in that case?
