So my girl has been binging on large quantity of food more than what most people of her age would eat. She then engages in purging behavior as often as three to four times a week. She feels as if she has no control over it. She is most likely to be suffering from bulimia. She's been googling a lot about it and she believes that she is having some eating disorder. But she's not allowing me to give her any help. What to do, doctor?

When should we tell ourselves that we need to stop this right here and now? Because now we are crossing the limit. So I would request you to, if you could help out with this, if you could share some tips on how to not binge eat or emotionally eat to that level where it affects our health, how to have that under control, the urge to find comfort in food and what are the possible alternatives to it

So without reason, keep eating is not a good thing, right? When you feel hungry, only then you eat. And you eat healthy things, right? You should not do that. Anything you just eat. And later on it impacts your health. So be fit, be healthy. That's most important for you. Only then you can be happy
