How to keep your mind fit

Thinking about the problem or all the time is not going to solve it. Okay? We just have to find a solution. It can come in a second, it can come in a minute, it can come in a day, or sometimes it can come in a year. But then all the time thinking about it is not going to help. So we have to train our mind to be relaxed. So that is the key to our fit mind

I push back my sleeping schedule towards the dawn at times because at night somehow after the entire day's work and everything, it just feels good to stay awake at night and just maybe watch a series or read a book, things which I am not able to do when I'm like throughout the entire day
