The next phase is a hiring manager looks at the applicants, they look at the resumes, and then they pull out like their top candidates, right? And then they invite them for an interview. And when they invite them for an interview, they already have the questions already determined that they're going to ask each of the applicants, right? So the hiring manager has already decided what questions they're going to ask before they interview each candidate. So it's the same way with you

Yeah, this is honestly a really, really great way to put it. I feel like so many people are just so eager to date or to be with someone or to find whoever the person is that a lot of times they'll just go for what's there and easily available and accessible. Rather than really diving deep into what they actually need and what their standards are and what matters and what their value in family relationships are in all the boxes that need to be checked and all of that
