But that's definitely something that I have been wanting to shift up because I do think I drink way too much, much coffee. But yes, looking forward to hearing more

So I definitely understand it's not easy to coat turkey, especially all the unpleasant withdrawal effect that comes along, so I definitely don't recommend that. But maybe it's a good idea just to slowly cut down one cup at a time rather than three cups a day. Maybe switch the afternoon one with a cup of tea. So personally, I love herbal tea, so recently I started drinking a dandelion root tea

It's not as highly caffeinated, and the combination of the superfoods offer tons of health benefits. The flavor, of course, like I said, is not like coffee, but it is really satisfying. I hope this helps
