A final girl is typically the last remaining girl in a horror movie who survives the film. Well, sometimes she survives, and then sometimes she dies. It really doesn't really matter if she actually makes it out of the movie alive. It's just the fact that she was the last woman standing. So many horror movies do this trope. I think they're kind of obsessed with this trope
