I don't think that's a cool thing to do. I wouldn't do that to anyone. So when people who I really care about and trust don't listen to the things that I try to do for them or depend on me and disappoint me, it really hurts. It hurts inside. And I realize at my age that I'm taking too much from myself. I'm not being like my father, obviously. I'm being more like my mother. Giver, giving and giving and giving

Hey, it's JL. You know, if I interpret it correctly, I understand what you are sharing. It is a moment when one realizes that they have had the process for approaching life backwards. When one realizes wait. The answer is not continuing to do for others or give to others, or be there for others to the point of self depletion, breakdown, burnout. The answer lies in me, pouring into me, in keeping my cup full, to the point that it overflows
