You know, the things like trying to get a trophy individual or worrying about what other people are saying about you, about the person that you're with and being your authentic self around that person and being really happy beyond a sexual thing, sort of like a metaphysical thing

You got to be willing to not see judge the book by its cover, but read the actual book. And that's what I have learned in family relationships. I see you, I'm like, I roll my eyes. But then again, I'm like, no, that's not how I want to be. So I'm going to approach you differently. And I think that's what relationships are about. It's about approaching situations differently
