You. Hi there. Welcome to swell. And thank you so much for talking about such an important topic. This is very intriguing, very interesting. A topic of my interest for sure. Amygdala, who I have spoken learned about it, heard about it so much and I'm so fascinated by this most interesting part of the brain. I think think I am ardent follower of Dr. Daniel Goldman listening to his emotional intelligence. I have facilitated sessions on that as well and I'm myself a counseling psychologist

I am avid reader of Daniel Goldman's books, and he is the one who coined the Tantrums Amygdala Hijack, which basically means that when your amygdala starts firing and gets you into an entire panic and anxiety mode he has shared a lot of his knowledge and research on amygdala and about anxiety and emotional intelligence, and it's amazing to connect you.
