Finding Peace Within Episode 1

Instead of focusing that what could go wrong, try to shift your attention to what could go right, even if it seems very small. Your mind is a powerful tool, and it can help you find the light even in the darkest moments. Lastly, reach out for support. Whether it's a friend, a family member, or a professional, sharing your feelings can lighten the burden. You don't have to face this journey alone

When you experience inner peace, you accept who you are your strengths, flaws, desires, dreams, everything that makes you uniquely you. You also feel more accepting of the world around you and the situations that are unfolding, so you're less negatively impacted by the anxiety, worry and stress. Finding inner peace isn't about brief respite from stress or moments of relaxation. A state of inner peace can be maintained through equanimity

They could be as simple as delicious meal or a good laugh. Work on Acceptance life is full of uncertainties and elements we can't control. Try acknowledging things as they are rather than how you wish they should be. That doesn't mean being passive or giving up, but rather recognizing the reality of the situation and working with it rather than against it. How to Work on Acceptance next time life throws you a curveball, try to let your feelings come and go without judgment

So, I really loved the points that you have raised, that is being compassionate to oneself. First of all, understanding what we need and acknowledging that we are feeling anxiety. So most of the time, what happens is we are not ready to acknowledge our own emotions, which result in some of the issues because we are not ready to accept what's happening. Acceptance is the key. We don't do that. And thank you so much for adding such great insights on finding peace within us
