Habit

A habit is a behavior that has been repeated enough times to become automatic. The process of habit formation begins with trial and error. Whenever you encounter a new situation in life, your brain has to make a decision. How do I respond to this? The first time you come across a problem, you're not sure how to solve it. I've never been consistent with that. And I always wanted to make it a habit to wake up early so I can start my day a little earlier and go on about rather than waking up late and going to bed late because that hampers your schedule. And so I've tried a lot of different ways to make it a habit, but I always fail. So I always wanted to see trial ways, like you said, trial and error
