So if you understand what hair is and its function, first of all, it is the extension of our nervous system, right? So it's a part of our nervous system, and it really does help us to be aware of our surroundings. It alerts us right, to things in our immediate surroundings okay, that maybe we wouldn't have noticed

Where my hair was shedding and I didn't realize it. And then as I started to pay attention to it, I realized the lady I was going to do to my hair was cutting it shorter and shorter. And so I'm having a conversation with her, and she says, oh, I thought you were aware of it, but no, your hair is thinning really bad

And I know for a fact if I would have continued to constantly bleach my hair, I was bleaching like a mad person jail. It was so bad. Like, it was an addiction. It's like if my roots turned black, it was like, oh, no, no, we got to go back to platinum. We got to get to white platinum, hot white platinum. And it becomes an obsession and addiction, it's really not good
