Confidence: are you building it or buying it? 💕

article image placeholderUploaded by @DivineTimeGodis
So, yeah, hair is a big deal for me, y'all. If you all haven't, whoever's listening to this, if you haven't heard some of the poems or some of the talks I did about my natural hair journey, my natural hair spiritual reconnection journey, because my hair journey is very deeply spiritual for me because it's deeper than the surface. It's deeper than hair

It's. And to give yourself space to grow, to learn and to flow. Clearly, I haven't been on here in a while because I forgot I only have five minutes. But anyway, I would love to hear from you all about a time that you decided to build natural confidence, as opposed to buying something to make you feel confident. All right, I'll talk to you soon

So even when I do weave or when I do crochet, it pulls on my hair so much that it starts to thin it out and I have very thick edges and I just don't want to see that go away because I've seen that happen when I put in crochet and stuff like that. So I am embracing as much as I can my foreseea hair and its dryness and trying to do whatever I have to do to make it moisturized

And interestingly enough, because my significant other is a dating coach, if you will, as well, and I didn't know him at the time that I found this female coach is that the whole thing is that they lure you in with the topic about dating because people always want to know about the opposite sex and dating and how do I get the guy or the girl or whatever the thing is that they believe that they desire. And really it's about something else. It's about you
