So even when you're verbally communicating to someone, the use of our body language and the way our bodies are basically structured or plays a key role because it kind of gives off certain perceiving factors to the person that we are communicating with. So I think everybody really heard about the fact that if you push your shoulders back and take more space, it makes you look more confident in all of that

So I'm a business student, and in my first year, we were, like, taught about communication so that they taught us all about the importance of body language and how it kind of is important when you're communicating with a person in your video.
