The myth about diet

You know, there are a lot of diets on YouTube and on Google and various websites and everything, a lot of plants that show that, you know, if you do this, you lose weight in one week, you lose weight, in three days, you'll lose but that's just all. The point is you're just losing our water weight

So most of the time we are not going for diet because we want to have a healthy lifestyle. We just go for diet just to lose weight or to gain just to lose weight, to look beautiful. So there are many other factors which come in our mind because of which we basically go for maintaining the diet. But sometimes we have to remember that it's not applicable for everyone. It's not like that. The same type applies to everyone

Right? Right. Sometimes it becomes like this because we want to look a certain way or lose weight and get our ideal body and all of that. We get into this, you know, unhealthy way of dieting. But, you know, forget the main course. Actually, the main intent behind dieting is to be healthy, right? And most people just tend to forget that

Hello. So, first of all, what a wonderful topic and a topic that needs to be talked about. People need to hear this. So I think a lot of my friends around me, like they do these fad diets, and they are always complaining that as soon as they stop them, the way it just comes back, all of it. And it's very unhealthy. Very, very unhealthy

As you said, most of the information that circulated around the net is always not true because there are few people who are dieticians or nutrition that do have a page or a blog that kind of gives us information. So we should also be very mindful of what the source of this information is. Right. So I think that's what people kind of need to be mindful about as well

I mean cutting down the sugars or cutting down the oils or cutting down processed foods. Basically we need to cut down anything which is highly processed and coming from the packets. Instead we have to consume a lot of things which is coming directly from the nature or directly, I mean to say directly which is coming from the earth is more nutritious and good for us. Definitely that is not causing any harm
