The Key To A Successful Day Is…….

So I don't know if you all have ever experienced this, but there are many mornings that I have awakened and I feel good, I feel charged, I feel energetic, and I'm ready to go out and tackle the world. However, with my schedule being kind of scattered everywhere, that energy that I wake up with, I didn't have a clear direction for it

Hey Devski, another great productivity tip from you man. I've recently also found great success in kind of writing out my next day's plans on my whiteboard before I clock out for the evening. That way I can just wake up and know that it's easy just to kind of wander into that pre planned state of productivity. So cheers to you and a 45 minutes walk sounds amazing. I'm curious where you live. I don't know

And it started out with 1 mile, but then I wanted to add another mile again to push myself over that threshold of discomfort and pain, always trying to get out of my comfort zone. So that is the reason why I go for my 45 minutes walk. It's kind of motivation in the morning for me to really get my day going, and it helps a lot

Like, when I go outside, I try to walk, I rather walk three to 6 miles a day, because when I tell you that, the level of energy that I have when I walk that many miles is unbelievable, and it boosts my self esteem and everything, and it gives me more of a clear mindset
