Okay, so why not pick up the phone and apply something that you do every day towards a meaningful, purposeful, or gainful means? So I'm not going to be long, and I'm about to start doing some work. Thank you for this, sir. I do appreciate the power of the phone, the power of persuasion via voice. Actually speaking to someone that can understand you, that is speaking your language, not just so speaking your languages in English, but understands your concerns. My having worked in customer service for over 35 years, I understand what people understand. I am there to help, not hinder
