The decentralization of Knowledge

There is an interview by Elon Musk where he says that he learned know sending a ship to the moon with SpaceX by reading books. Now, I don't know if that's true or not. It may be true some people have the type of intelligence and genius to be able to take complex concepts out of a book and be able to not only understand them and interpret them, but to actually apply them in everyday life. But with YouTube videos, I've been able to learn everything from literally everything

Yeah, it's kind of amazing. I mean, YouTube is like a university of its own accord. There's something for everybody you can learn. I've fixed my washing machine, just a recent example, I've fixed my washing machine from a ten minute video on YouTube. It's insane. I'm terrible with tools. I've never touched them, never touched this stuff. And I somehow managed to do it. I mean, it's crazy
