Oh, this is a very interesting question. So in 2016, I used to read a lot about increasing rate of suicides among the teenagers. And it used to make me wonder what goes in the mind of a teenager. A person who is at the crossroad of neither being a child nor being an adult. But this period of adolescence, why is it so strenuous? What is causing this stress? And why are we becoming more and more stressed nowadays?
