The last time I cried over something that now seems trivial...

Like, something happened as I was trying to, like, really break down. I'm, like, getting on the floor, getting on my knees. I take my shirt off and I feel my shoulders, and I'm like, shit, I don't think that's my heart break. That's my damn pull ups, you know? And I get on the floor and I feel my stomach, and it's all tight

Hi. I usually just sit back and let your words wash over me because they're so provocative and thoughtful and intelligent and inspiring. And in this moment, this post is all those things. And a little extra appreciation for your description of your journey through this really intense pain. And what I really appreciated about that concept being explored and discussed, particularly with you talking about it after you had gone through it, is a quality that I like to talk about a lot in my post

Thank you so much for your kind words. That response was electric, so I really appreciate that you touched on so many things. It's not. I remember when it first happened, and this is real, when it first happened, it was tough. It wasn't really tough until I really had to accept that it was over. And I remember it hurt so bad. Called my friend and we talked about it, and he said, you'll be stronger. And I remember him telling

Let me say thank you. And I'm so proud of you because I tell you, you making breakup sound like an invention, something to look forward to. You took the thing out of it. And I truly feel like your powers and your vulnerability to be honest about your story and you know how we feel about honesty. You know, it's nothing like it. But just, just I was. I was just gonna listen. I wasn't gonna reply

So I guess it's like it takes one to know one and it's just like you can see where he is and based on what he experienced and to share your own experience. It sounds so familiar. But it just hit me when you say he dropped you like a safe, and I did just hit me, like maybe he dropped you because you wasn't safe with him. Right. And then would you have gained that level of endurance like you said?

It means so much to hear you say that. It really does. Because you remember, you know, what I was going through when all that went down. So I'm grateful. I'm in a space where I can laugh at it and I try to take this thing out of it, but I know for a fact wasn't shit funny about it then. But as you always tell me, everything is working in my favor, whether I realize it or not
