You. Hi, all. It's been a long time since I've done a swell, but I wanted to present this question and see if other people are struggling with something similar to what I'm going through. I've been doing a lot of homework and focusing on work, and so I've been extremely busy, which is one of the reasons why I haven't been on swell. But recently I took some time off
And now that I am in a place where I'm no longer able to work, it's this constant balancing act, you could say, of making sure that I do things when they need to be done, as I can do them without putting any expectations on them, but also then using the times when I can't to rest in, nestle in to myself. And that can look like a lot of different ways, right?

And rest can come in all forms that doesn't necessarily mean you're just sitting around and doing nothing. It could be reading a book, taking a walk in nature. That, to me, is also a form of rest, because I'm doing something for my body, mind and spirit. So I hope that makes sense. But mostly wanted to say, you are not alone in this feeling, and I pray that everything will just kind of start to balance out for you

And I'm really happy that I posted because just listening to you and the other person's response, it helps so much to know that you're not the only person going through it and that you can go through it for so many reasons. So I really appreciate you sharing. It looks like you have found the answer to stop yourself

You. Hi. Thank you for responding. That was helpful. I actually have less than ten years for retirement, and it is on my mind. I'm actually going to school so I can be prepared for my second career. So, yeah, I think the term rest have no in between
