No one has the right to judge you because they don't know what you have been going through. So you're the judge for your own statements

So so that is something which I think everybody should understand. Everybody should know that people go through different phases and we should not judge them. And we are our own judge. To be honest, if we are doing something, I think we are the ones who should incorporate the idea of reflection. We should be the one who should be reflecting about our own actions, reflecting on our own action. That is something which I think everybody should do
