Well, a lot of us always figure out how can we be peaceful at the end of the day? Well, there were many lectures and many sayings goes after how we find a day peaceful. For me, it's an empty mind, a mind that carries nothing but just a holds the present. Maybe it's just how we all have been designed by the God to attain peace

Hey, welcome onsell. And I think what you said is you've put it very beautifully. That an empty mind, a mind that only holds the present, is a peaceful mind. And that's so true because we fret and worry about the future. We dissect the past and analyze it and what things we could have done better.
