And these benefits do not end with your meditation session

Hey, this was a really informative swell. And I have also, you know, read up quite a few staff quite a few articles or seen documentaries talking about meditation and how it impacts your mental and physical will still help. But what would you say? Like, I have seen many people struggle to actually meditate because they have wanted to meditate, but somehow they cannot focus because meditation requires you to stop thinking about whatever is worrying you all the time
