On day three, which was the hardest day for me, I woke up with a strong cumuling thought of fear and anxiety, and that I'm not worthy. I meditated for a couple of hours and I listened to various frequencies of music, and I tried to stay as hydrated as possible and focused on my work for the day. It was hard to put my mind to work. I agree, I did have some difficult emotions. Yet these emotions don't last all day or week

Just being in the moment, as you said, staying hydrated, spending quality time with friends and family, that definitely can be the key to healing, you know, the key to actually moving on with life. Because those things, to a great extent, help us recenter ourselves and maybe just realize what our priorities are
