Hitting in schools is still going on🚫

Parents must check what kind of school they are sending their kids off to and teachers must be trained properly to handle all kinds of children different kinds of developed children or handling kids with every age appropriate sexual development. What are your thoughts on incidents like these? It's hitting good or bad. I'd love to hear your thoughts and pods

My 2 cents

And it's really sad and heartbreaking to see that the trend still continues in so many schools. I don't think it is a healthy way of disciplining children. There is definitely a difference between disciplining and taking an approach of punishing the child either physically or psychologically to make them do or not do something

Alternative to corporal punishment requires patience and consistency!

If you are not going to be using any sort of corporate punishment, and I think that is where the problem comes, because a lot of people are not ready for the alternative yet, and that's why they resort to a quick fix of hitting the child, which does no good for them in the long run

I totally agree with you. But if a grown adult doesn't have patience or consistency, then how can someone expect a small kid to have that kind of understanding or patience? So that's why I think punishment shouldn't be given to children. But yeah, like you said, kids are really tough, and it requires a whole lot of patience. But beating them is never the alternative
