Hi. Thanks for sharing this. I couldn't help but think of the show The Office when you're describing what you were doing and Pam the receptionist and the salespeople, and I think you mentioned something about smiling with your voice. I think there was, like, a part in the show where they're telling her to smile when she's talking to see the difference. But yeah, I think that's such a funny saying, smile with your voice. But it's cute as well
