Let me explain. For example, depression clinically does exist. That does take a diagnosis from a doctor, from someone that's accredited psychologist, whomever psychiatrist there is a chemical imbalance that does exist. However, there's other times when if it's not clinical right, it may be because we are not actively moving our bodies to release those healthy endorphins, serotonin levels, all of those things, to combat the feelings of depression and anxiety

I've always felt so much better after doing a workout, whether it's boxing or anything else that I do. And just always remember that there's no problem big enough to drown you take some time to step out of it, reflect, breathe, stay hydrated, drink your water, and always remember you are not alone.
