The different seasons of life that we go through can definitely affect our mental health. And we just wanted to extend an invitation to everyone who is listening to us worldwide of this new community where there's no judgment, it's a safe place. We talk about mental health, spirituality, and overwhelm wellness from tips of how to manage the day and how to talk about self care, how to take care of your body, mind and soul, because like Elena said, those three go hand in hand

The reason I bring these up is because mental health awareness and talking about these things that we're thinking or these emotions that we are feeling is encouragement to each other. Just as iron sharpens iron in Proverbs 20 717, so does one person sharpen another. And I think oftentimes anxiety, depression and things like that can be over spiritualized when there could be trauma attached to that light. PTSD, post traumatic stress disorder, all of those things, there's a healing process to walk through
