I didn't know it was the last time. The last time I saw you. We were supposed to have more time than the time we had. Our clock stopped. The moving parts stilled. But I swear I still hear it ticking. If I had known what I know now, I would have slowed time, fitting lifetimes into minutes, forever into that final day

And I have to credit you as being one of those people, one of those few people who I immediately gravitated towards and wanted to learn from. You have created such a safe space in public poems and conversations unassuming. But you are so powerful. And I'm just really glad you're here. So please continue to press the button and share

Nikay, you are one of the kindest people that I have had the pleasure to meet on clubhouse and here. And your poetry is so potent. I just can't tell you what it means to me that you resonate with me and with my poetry. Thank you so much
