Trademarks Jokes and Free Speech: Where do we draw the line?

If I had to guess, I'm guessing that the Supreme Court wants nothing to do with this decision. I think they're going to punt this back to the appeals court. That's my guess, just based on what I heard yesterday. But it is an important question. Where do we draw that line? Where is that free speech and where is trademark infringement? Where do those lines intersect and where should that line be drawn?

I have not delved deeper into this case either, to be honest. This is the first time I'm hearing of it. And immediately after doing this response, I'm going to the Memes. And checking them out because I know they are going to be hilarious. So whenever we talk about trademark infringement, right, what essentially happens, and this is in defense of Jagran Hills when they file trade marks, there is a list of products that is filed under it
