There's this infamous story in my family about my grandfather, who during a pretty rough period in his life life raising three kids in a working class family. He was out of work because of layoffs that were taking place no longer belong to a Union. And every single day he showed up at an office until he was hired. You hear these stories sometimes, and they sound so nostalgic or romantic, but really, that kind of persistence

So I need somebody that has a client centric focus, and I need a hard working organization. I also would love for them to be smart, a smart, humble organization but those were things that were must haves for me. And if they didn't have that, I said thank you and moved along. I needed to hear that they had that in it. So I encourage people to ask themselves, what do we need from this next company?
