I've tapped into smoothies. I love doing smoothies. I love making them and talking about them. Number seven, just to give you an example. Number seven challenge self blame. People with PTSD often blame themselves for what happened. Challenge these thoughts by reminding yourself that you did the best you could do at that time. Okay? Remember, these activities can be challenging, but they can also be effective in managing PTSD symptoms. Be patient with yourself. Take time things one step at a time

ComplexPTSD

Hey, Crystal. So thankful for this brief post on PTSD. Just so happened I woke up in crisis mode this morning, even before I opened my eyes. I deal with complex PTSD and really having a tough bout today. But I did journal for about an hour and a half this morning. I did have a smoothie for breakfast, coincidentally, and I just really appreciate little reminders like this, and I do thank you very much. It's very good information

You are so welcome. And again, I greatly appreciate you sharing it. It was just an eye awakening for me for sharing information and things that I know I need to be doing to help people. And I'm just working on opening up more about things that I'm experiencing as well to share with others on Swell. So you basically just motivated me today and pushed me in a direction of basically getting back to doing what I need to do
