Good morning. Al Cosby here. As always say, stay blessed and keep inspiring. My swellcast topic this morning is simply titled this insanity versus Ethics. What are you doing? What will you do? Let's take a look at what insanity is. The way we defined insanity, it simply means this you're doing the same thing over and over again and affecting different results. Now, if we look at ethics, ethics is more so
So when I do get around to the spiritual principles and when I do get around to the patience and everything else, not only did I gain the power, I guess, or the willingness to make a move and help me for a change, because everybody else was straight, you know what I mean? Everybody else is straight. Done with college and graduated

Hey, Al, this is Erica. Thank you so much for your swell. And yes, there's definitely a difference between insanity and ethics. Just last week, my husband and I, you know, we had a friend who was dying, and during that time we were just going through it with some other Al friends. But long story short is I am so thankful for the journey that my husband and I was on years ago

So you guys have to think about things together. And every so often you have to look at things from an individual standpoint. But when you have somebody in your life that's special, where you can work through things and really exercise just ethics in regards to what you've learned from the past, then that's a blessing as well, too. And one thing that I've learned myself is that God always has a way of getting our attention
