You know, when you come into the world, I mean, you're pretty accustomed to being hugged by your family. And then through life, you meet different people in regards to acquaintances and work buddies, people you go to the gym with, things of that nature, even somebody that you like and maybe have love for and fall in love with them. So a lot of time when you hug in that sense, you always get a warm feeling

Even in just the strive for daily life, we get up, we go to work, we clean up, we make dinner, go back to bed, how often are we really stopping to get hugged? And so, because I've been hugged a lot lately due to my sister's passing, it's like, this feels good. And I still run into people every now and again who haven't seen me since then. And they'll say, how are you doing?

It's like you're not hugging the cobinate field or nothing like that. I mean, you just want to come from a sincere place, but more so to hug. More so, it's just for greeting, when you're saying hello, when you're saying goodbye. And then more so, like again, I'm praying for you and your family. I'm definitely sorry for your loss. And I'm praying during your hour bereavement for the passing of your sister to the afterlife

You film things like that to where I turn my little my mama feelings about embracing and showing love turned it around, you know what I'm saying? I was that heart of the family that broke that bad little generation C right there with the non embracing of hugging. I think it's a good metaphor, her, because it's a good medicine. And then, of course, there's the other type of hug and when you link up with an old friend or a family member or somebody new that you want to get to know and you want to see if the comfort level is there in regards to just communication through touch, which is understandable as well too

I love this because I am a hugger. I'm a full on hugger. I love to hug people, I love to touch people. That's my, one of my love languages is physical touch. And so hugging is everything for me. I love to hug people. And fortunately, I've always been blessed to have people in my life who also love to hug. And so lots of affection going on and our parents hugged us lot growing up

But I am happy to see that when Chey interact with their partners, they actually hold hands and show affection. And I was so glad to see that they chose a different route. Now, my younger ones, I do hug them and they're very mushy and I love it. And I could tell the difference between how I was and how I am. So it's a great thing. It is. And the more comfortable I am with the person, the easier it is to accept the affection
