But Teamwork truly makes the dream work. And we don't have to love each other. We don't have to like each other, but why can't we all just kind of get along for the good of the moment? What is the objective of the business? And why can't we put our emotions to the side and step up to the plate and complete the objective of the business and make the business the thrive so that we can thrive?
But it is worth mentioning that there is a point where you may not have to tolerate, and I do put capital T air quotes around that tolerate what it is that you don't want to endure. There's always another option. And I remind all my family and friends that as they go about their life, if you're facing challenges and you're fed up, just know that you can create a business and with that comes healthy, happy business relationships.
