Have you had a situation where it's completely out of your control but the blame is being placed on you to save face for other people? This happens in corporate America a lot and this is a mentality that the good companies, the ones that want to stick around, are really, really, really trying to rise above. I'm seeing the need and the want for change, positive change, where I'm at. That's why I stay
