You'll know this because your breathing will be faster, your heart rate will increase and you'll be thinking thoughts at the speed of Olympic velodrome champion. That's your sign. Stop. Don't work yourself too much. Allow your inner influence. Work yourself down instead. Calm down. Slow. Breathe
