Trauma…. What are your thoughts regarding trauma and or traumatic moments?
Hey, y'all. This is Colette. So I have a question for you. Trauma. What are your thoughts on trauma? Had the honor to walk with women through traumatic moments in their lives around relational trauma. And when I looked up the definition of trauma in the Marion Webster dictionary, the answer or definition I got is an injury two living tissue caused by an extrinsic agent, a disordered psychic or behavioral state resulting from severe mental or emotional stress or physical injury and emotional upset

Hi. Thank you so much for bringing this up and starting this discussion on Swell. I think it's very interesting and very important to like, pretty much everyone because to your point, I think, you know, regardless, regardless of everyone living different lives, I think everyone does experience some trauma to some certain extent and to varying degrees to that point
