Hi. This is Dr. Mary Seekers. And last week I started a discussion about are you championship material? So I want to do a part two on that today. And as you recall, we all want to be winners, but do we have the endurance to be and to take what it to make winner? So today I want to talk about you have to have grit. Think about that word, grit. And I want to give you an acronym for each letter. G stands for gratefulness
