Back to the BASICS…in Life & Purpose (3 parts)

That is where I noticed it showing up just recently. Again, I have gained some weight over the last probably several months, maybe up to six months. I'm not really sure when it happened, quite honestly. I have been a bit out of body, and I just recently have been upping my activity. So I'm just walking more. Basically, like, I committed to walking every single day and at least spending a majority of that time actually tuned into the sensations of my body

Part 2 of the BASICS

You. Okay, so this is a continuation because five minutes wasn't quite enough. So I am reflecting on the basics and how that is showing up in all different ways in my life. And I had described how it's showing up as far as my physical well being with food and movement. For me, walking a daily walking commitment and allowing for the unfolding of that
