Because you're building that relationship. You're really trying to instill in them confidence in you as that's what we all wanted to coach. We want to know that, hey, this is the person that's going to help me get where I want to go. And that's going to come across big time for people, even if they don't know. They might not know anything. They might not even care about the exercises

If you spend enough time on the gym floor, watching trainers, then you’ll pick up on the fact that these two things are essential. #personaltrainer

But for private I do feel like in order to go that extra step where you're going to be getting paying a much higher price point for that one on one aspect, confidence and presence. Definitely. And I feel like I would add in personality of that because I feel like people have to jive in order to want to do training. I'd be curious about your thoughts on that too, but thanks for sharing
