So that's why I like culture so much, because it gives us an opportunity to be intentional. And I really am about designing my own culture, if you will, my own self culture, my own global culture, if you will, and very much my own workplace culture. And I would say friends. When you are looking at jobs, my recommendation is really consider the culture and live and think about it intentionally. What are you looking for from the workplace, for example?
I don't see it here, but that's why I travel, I learn, I have conversations. And more importantly, I value the perspective and the perception of other people in different cultures, and I hope that other people can find that also in their life as they get out of their known reality.
