The check off method

If you have five things down for one day and you don't achieve all those things in that day, that means you're going to be adding to the other goals that you have set. So you're going to have to work harder to reach those goals. I'll tell you a little story. The story is about my mother. My mother raised us three kids in a single parent home, and it was rough on her because she had to work two jobs, and my mom worked two jobs

This is the best method for setting goals and reaching them on a short term as well as long term

Hi, Dana. Thanks for the swell. Really enjoyed it. I've never heard of the check method before, and I think it's a really brilliant way of taking a look at goals and probably more importantly, how you can achieve them. And I think you said something really important about being consistent about what you want to achieve and doing it day in and day out. And I think that's really important to stress, because maybe sometimes we have a goal in mind
