Hey, coach. Just wanted to leave you a reply here. I thought this was a great swell. I don't think that it can be said enough to do all the things that you talk about in your swell. You know, maintaining a diet, keeping yourself active. All of these things are critically important, and the reminders keep them coming. I think we all need to hear it from time to time. But I just wanted to say happy belated birthday to you as well
