Because you realize that it is important to have a healthy body. Because your mind and muscle always work together and when they are in the right state, they will always benefit you in all aspects of life. When you exercise, you release toxins from your body. It's not about losing in kilos, it's just about exercising and adding that 1 hour of activity where you are sweating, the exhaustion, basically the mental exhaustion

So I think it's important for people to embrace the different body types rather than running after one single type, one specific body type, because that's what is at the root of all such toxicity, where people shame someone else for the way their body looks without realizing that not everybody is same, everybody is different, everybody is unique

But what you are doing in the name of being confident is what is going to affect you in the later run. We are all born with a different body structure, body type, and every body structure and type has to be respected regardless. But what the battle here is, let's not get comfortable because obesity is a serious problem, especially in women. And we need to stop living in a bubble that it's okay to be overweight because my darling, it is not

I would also like to emphasize on one thing that it is not just people who are overweight that need to exercise, but everybody needs to add that 1 hour of activity in their daily routine to keep themselves physically and mentally fit. It is extremely, extremely important in today's fast paced life, in today's virtual world, where everybody is consuming all types of content that somewhere is going to affect them mentally

If you don't want to go to the gym, you can always sit back home, spend ten to 15 minutes a day and look younger, look healthier, maintain your body, graduate, and have a happier life. Thank you

When you said Chanchal. I think I'm of the same opinion that physical appearance would change with time. But it's more about what you're from within, because that's what's going to keep family relationships sustainable and two people together
