So I want to talk about change. Often when we talk to ourselves, which we usually forget to, but whenever we do, we know the things that we want to change about ourselves. So the thought of change is in acceptance. Now what we have to do is put the thought of experiencing that change in action and in acceptance

Absolutely. Because change is the only constant. We might fail, we might fall. But we should never give up in practicing change, anything that we believe we want to do and we can do or we cannot do, we should at least give it a shot and try it. Try. So trying is nothing but taking steps forward towards what you want to change. So keep going. Okay?
