I've had friends that were in that band. And Greg was a prolific writer and afrofuturist. And he passed away, unfortunately, a few years ago, obviously. There's Nona Hendricks, who also is a vivid, immaculate encapsulation of all things afrofuture. So this is parliament Funkadelic, the mothership connection. Wow. I just needed y'all to hear that. Wow. Now there's Jimi Hendrix. Sometimes you could just get lost in the notes, you know?

Whitey's on the moon. Hello, sis. Kanini Ioho there, clocking in again from the National Museum of African American History and Culture, the afrofuturism exhibit. Listening to Gil Scott Heron. To Whitey on the moon. Whitey on the moon. Genius. And it was just his birthday, like two days ago, April 1. Marty die up leaves for Manson. And why are they going up to the moon? Trying to find out how to live there
