Black holes

It. One scientific fact that always amazed me and still amazed me till this day. Is the universe in black holes. To me, it's unfathomable that the universe is like a sheet in space. And when black holes are created, it's like a tear in that sheet. So it's kind of hard for me to wrap my mind around it and to see where am I in this amazing thing that we call the universe

But one thing I want to spotlight and kind of the analogy that you portrayed here with the sheet ripping is usually there's something on the other side of the sheet, right? Like in a bed. When the sheet rips, you see the bed or you see the mattress, right? Or maybe a mattress protector or whatever. There's something under it. So there's a polarity. There's something, and then there's the absence of what it is

Thanks for the response. Dubsy. Yeah, I think I was watching a documentary and they were talking about. They never mentioned that. I love your perception and how you see it. I never really thought about that. Like, if there's a rip in space, what is beneath it? And the only thing I can think of is probably black matter, and that's still not completely understood. I've learned that they said that we can only see in three dimensions and space is four dimensions
